Dear Admin Consumer Court,

This is to bring in your kind notice that I purchased a pinter of LEXMARK campany
from Kamla Computer Lucknow.

At the time of purchasing the printer shopkeeper said that it is the best one
printer of LEX MARK campany. It is very good service providor. We have not got any
complaint regarding this printer yet.

He adviced about prize rate comparativily less than other printer manufacturer
companies.

I purchased it on dated 27-06-09 from his shop as i have mentioned above.

Today it is 3rd month of using this printer and it is not working. I have
consultated with seller but he said i need to cross check at my end but unalbe to
shortout the problem.

Again he adviced me to do complaint at Customer care LEXMARK printer. I have done
the same.

but when the service provider came and cross check the printer they claimed that it
is our of region -2 printer means not belongs to Asia region. it is out of asia
region printer and we can not repair it nor we can not get any part even.

So they issue a letter and claimed the same. I am attching this letter for your
referance.

Now I contacted with other service provider and repairing centre but they are unable
to repair the printer as problem is same.

I contacted again with seller but he is not ready to replace it nor ready to listen
anything.

I am requesting to you that please suggest to me according to situation as we have
explained above and let me help about the exact procedure to put a complaint under
the consumer forum.

I am attaching the bill and sevice provider reciept for your referance.

sir/madam , i purchase LEXMARK X5650 ALL IN ONE PRINTER ON 11/02/2010
FROM sonal technologies ,gurgoen, now i am facing undue hassle and
overburden from such company they are not supplying me the proper
printer cartrideges as I mention above black#36 rs1200&color#37 rs1300
number cartridge from the market with nominal price, Its rediculous to
say now aforesaid company telling me double the price for such
cartridges even that i ready to pay but they always replying me it is
out of market we will let u know in a week and till now their week not
yet came as i am helpless from last week I cant use my printer.
Therefore it will highly solicited if you kindly take an action
against above mention company for which i will be evergrateful to
