I purchased a new Epson Sylus printer TX 400 from Staples Koramangala Bangalore on 2nd oct 2009.

These guyz sold me a display product claiming that they dont keep boxed products only display ones and sell them. The product is full of scratches appears to be seconds products. Today is the 3rd day and i am already facing problems its giving always printer errors. I contacted staples to replace the product as its display one and they say they will not replace.

Please make sure no one in bangalore ever purchased products from Staples they sell all seconds and duplicate products.
