hi. 1. this is regarding the HP photoprinter i bought for my office from a
hp dealer in udhampur( ALPHA COMPUTERS). IN JUNE 2009.
after one n half month of use when i installed a second catridge both colour
and black , the colour one did not function. i immediately called up the
dealer and told him the status , i was told to deliver the printer at his
office and in 4 to 5 days the repair or replacement of the printer would be
done . the ame till date has not been done . i had deposited the printer in
the third week of sep 09. the dealer has beeen sending me the msg that he
would come and meet me and do the needfull , the same has not beeen done
till date. neither has he come nor has he tried to contact me, even after i
have been sending my messengers to him daily.
2. this attitude of the dealer doesnt seem good . i m in army and the
same is being used for my office.
3. request pls instruct the dealer whose address is appended below

4. i even contacted to HP at delhi but of no response , they gave me 2
numbers and told me to contact them for a complaint , when i called up
,there was no per of the number given. even when i tried calling the
previous number the same would not be picked up
