    Default Complaints against" mtc" chennai

    respected sir.
    my name is rajesh, i working in chennai, i was bought MTC monthly pass(rs.600/-) on last week(16-11-2011) but after the two days their are increased the pass amount(rs.1000/-). now they are call for pay of balance amount for 'monthly pass'.. but they printed in pass(it's not changed) how it's possible.??
    please take a action shortly

    Lightbulb bus A21 Frequency

    To ,
    Whomsoever it may concern.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I commute daily on the MTC buses (buses A21 ,U21) plying from Thirruvanmayur to Vandalur Zoo via Tambaram (through Pallikarnai StateHighway).To be honest it is not a pleasant journey.Owing to the low frequency of buses plying on this route,We usually face overrcrowded buses which thereby take longer to reach the destination.
    It is my humble & sincere request to ask you to increase the frequency of buses covering this route since the buses are more often unbearably overcrowded .
    I’m speaking for many working men & women who travel to MEPZ daily.Increasing the no. of buses especially in the morning (8-11 am) and evening (5-8 pm) hours wil pay dividends ,both for you and the public. Also introduction of AC buses on this route would be a welcome change, owing to the higher majority of working crowd travelling to/from MEPZ,Tambaram everyday.
    I sincerely hope for the best.
