amul opticals in sarojni nagar market..

i bought 3 lenses from them..according to the scheme the fourth one was
supposed to be free..he packed them in a plastic bag and gave them to
me. when asked..he didnt give me the bill. in reachin home i checked
there were only three pairs..the fourth one was misssing. he now denies
that.
