Dear Sir,
It really pains when charges for regular eatables are so high than usual.

In the canteen of VITS (Vivekanand Institute of Technology and Sciences, Jindal
Nagar, Ghaziabad), the caterer is charging Rs.12/- for a bottle (300 ml) of cold
drink, whose MRP is printed as Rs.10/- only.
HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A BILL.DESPITE MY MULTIPLE NOTIFICATIONS TO THE COLLEGE'S
ADMIN DEPT, AND SUBSEQUENTLY THEIR INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CATERER as well, HE IS STILL
CHARGING LIKE THIS.

In this canteen, a cup of coffee costs Rs.10/-. Most of the products, even with
fixed MRP, are charged at least more than 15-20% extra.

This amount may look small, but I had a duty to inform you about this kind of
cheating happening in this place. Now I request you, to please help us by making a
random check there, and correcting this utmost wrong practice of cheating consumers
so blatantly.
