Hi all,

Can anybody guide me regarding filing case against a cable operator whos is :
1) Taking money in excess and he is charging different amounts from different people within the same locality .
2) He is charging 1500/- amount non refundable ...god know's why?
3) On his terms and conditions paper ....irrespective of the fact ,that he is charging so huge he quotes "He is not liable to any queries regarding his service",,,,It's amazing ??

Can you pl guide me to the concerned department or person who can help me in taking up this case..........Pl. do the needful.
