    Unhappy Selling above MRP

It is many times encountered that shop owners are selling cold drinks about Rs.2 to Rs.10 above MRP. The Delhi high court judgement permitting selling of products above MRP is only with regard to Hotels and Restaurants. However, even small shops not falling within the purview of Hotels and Restaurants are selling products specially cold drinks and mineral water above MRP in the name of 'Cooling Charge'. They are claiming it as a matter of their right and abuse to the customer who complaints regarding selling above MRP. Action must be taken against such shop owners firstly for selling above MRP and secondly for abusing customers who complain. They abuse even though they are on wrong side of the law. If such practice is allowed to be contiued, there is no meaning to the government campaign of 'Jago Grahak Jago' as there is nobody to listen to the 'Grahak'.

Selling anything higher then MRP is a offense, you can lodge complaint against them but if they start selling the cold drinks in hot condition then every one will surly pay higher amount of Rs.2 to 5 . and I thinks its ok for that.

Yes, I think you are right. 2-3 rs hardly matters and you will get what you want "Cold Drink"

    Default Illegal

Wow! amazing opinion u guys are giving out here.... hats off to people like you.... 2-3 rs doesn't matter to u.... but it makes a big difference... a person selling 100 bottles per day would make Rs. 300 in a day... and Rs. 9000 per month.... nd Rs. 1,08,000 per annum... which is a completely illegal earning of dat person.... nd dis is wat we call corruption....earning money wat u actly don't deserve .... nd wid ur great contribution my dear friend... u r d person who's giving dis money.... dat simply indicates... dat u r also making money wat u don' deserve... wat in our country is termed as HARAAM KI KAMAYI ... how many times u gave 5 rupees to a hungry or needy person... ask yourself...
now, u guys made a point dat it's fair... cause if the person will give u a cold drink wich is not cold denn we would be ready to pay more.... i blv u must have not noticed ever dat u wud get ice cream widout any additional charges in name of cooling charges.... u will get it on MRP.... so, if u take a melted ice cream u shud get a discount of 2-3 rupees as well...right..??? can anyone plz suggest somthing wat can be done against dis...paying more bucks to buy a soft-drink....dan MRP.... SOMBODY, PLZ HELP.... HELP... HELP.....

Default Nandini Milk Very much over priced

    Hello,
I am staying in Sarjapur Road, Kannahalli and you know here some shop keepers are charging 12.00 rupees for 500 ltr Nandini Milk against the MRP Rs.10.50!!!!!
I am buying an average of two packet in a day and spending minimum Rs.90 in a month. Is any authority is there in Bangalore to monitor this type of exploitation??? If we are arguing with them, they will say, if you are not ready don't purchase from us.. this is so ridiculous, consumers are helpless here. We are forced to obey their daylight cheating... Request the authority to help here!!!

Default Nandini milk overpriced then MRP

NAndini milk here in fatorda, goa is overpriced by Rs.1/-, the pack with mrp 18/- we get at 19/-. If we complain to the shopkeeper, he says dont bye. Once a shopkeeper complaint to the food & drug department, they told him not to buy. How is this going to happen. One milk booth is selling milk before 8.30 am Rs 18/-, but after that it is 18.50/- and in the evening it is 19/- , he says it is the cost of the fridge, they have to store. PLEASE DO SOMETHING SERIOUSLY ABOUT THIS.
