dear sir / madam,
i have bought a 300ml pepsi bottle from a shopkeeper
situated from shahadra (delhi). he charged 15 rs for that,
the printed price of bottle is rs 10 each. when i beg my
extra money back he denied it and abused me. when i beg a
bill for that he began to fight with me and said that "jo
tujse hota ho vo karle na bill milega aur na hi paise".
pls guide me what can i do in that case. i want to file a
case for the shopkeeper, what will i have to do to fill up
a complaint in consumer court.
