Amul Gold Milk is retailed above the MRP by local vendors and home delivery people Amul Gold 1/2 litre milk pouches that carry an MRP of Rs. 18.00/pouch as on 18/07/2011, are retailed by local vendors and grocery stores @ Rs. 19.00/pouch, and also home delivery people have the same practice, Amul is Gujarat Govt. milk subsidary, what is it doing to keep a check on its prices being sold above MRP.
On being asked by local vendors and suppliers for the extra charge their answer is its the delivery charges and since the milk comes directly from Gujarat we're charging more its our profit margin.

I am consumer of mahananda milk. They charge EXCESS AMOUNT FOR MAHANANDA MILK IN GOREGAON EAST MUMBAI Rs.30/litre. Till 9am in the morning they charge Rs. 29/litre. I am unable to understand why is it so ?When contacted company officials they told we are helpless on this issue. Majority of the outlet have the same practice...........

can anyone guide me where do i complain abt it ..........my younger brother had gone for buying milk tht day ...and they were like there is no 10 rs milk ...its 11 rs........
