Dear Sir,

I would like to bring it in your notice that following shop demands more than MRP
for milk pouches. I usuall buy milk from following two shops. Both of them demand
Rs1/- above MRP. They explain that this extra rupee is towards electricity being
consumed by their refrigerator.

1. The first shop is situated at Anand Nagar, Near Punjab National Bank (Anand Nagar
Branch), Bangalore-560024. There is only one retailer. So there will be no abiguity
if you conduct a field investigation.

2. The second one is "Cake Paradise" based at CBI Main Road, Opposite MK Ahmed
Shopping Centre, Bangalore.

I am not giving my name and contact details (other than this email ID), because we
are living near by and I buy things from then very often.

Also, I would bring it in your notice that I do not have any receipts. We do not
have a receipt tradition in India by retailers.

Kindly take appropriate action, if you wish to.
