I stay at Doddakannelli, sarjapur road, Bangalore. all the local shopkeeprs here charge 1 rupee extra on every milk/curd bag. when uyou ask them the reason, they say "cooling charges" or "these are the charges in all shops here". as a consumer we have no choice but to buy milk from them as it is a daily comodity. Please look in to this mattr as i have noticed that other areas also hav similar problems
