I Mr Nitin Gorivale one of your old customer who staying in virar west thane 401303.
Its for your information your brand are selling in vasai virar region more than MRP.
And you know very well it is illegal thing to sale any products more than mrp price.
On asking about this charges to shopkeepr they are telling us this charges is for
electricity which they are use to make your drinks cold. But i thing you already
giving sufficient margin to your retailer and they dont have any right to overcharge
your product. Its humble request you to see in this matter otherwise i will take
consumer forum help to sort out this issue.

I hope you will take prompts & corrective action against this. Because atlast its
create bad impact on your brand goodwill. Anticipating your reply in this regards.
