not only in pune so many other places also this kind of mal practice is there
govt. has to look into it and take a proper action.
retailer are feeling free to charge because we cannot prove it in the court because of no receipt
somebody may be govt. agencies or cold manufacturers has to take right action against this
if it continues like this theres an adverse effect to the drinks market.

same the case,here in nasik!!!.....premdeepak,sanosh:- i think u both shouldmention about..human rights commission,or RTI..TO these shopkeepers.... they will then not charge extra.... they charge extra because people don't oppose to anything,they obey what shopkeepers say............................................ create a scene at shop,and compel them to obey us......
some days back i too was frustrated,about this extra charging...
once i came to know about tthese institions,without fearing i oppose to them,and buy colddrinks,without giving any extra money..

This is to inform you that the Monginis outlet at Andheri (East) has been the most worst experience of mine in terms of buying a cake in all these years.The outlet owner is the one of the worst man have met in my life neither he has manners to speak to females nor he is legally running his business.
On 22nd Dec we shopped for around 600/- Rs taking small small assorted cakes and articles on which we had bought a cold drink also he charged us 27 Rs for a 25/- Rs article of Mirinda 600 ml.On insisting on the bill he gave me but the moment he realised that he by mistake wrote the higher MRP he tried to snatch the bill from my hand and to a height he even followed me till the footpath accumulating people and that made me furious what have I done so I should get scared and shouting that he said I will call the Police and the moment I said yes please call the Police he started diverting the topic realising that coming of Police would create a problem for him itself.

Rather he was a person in his 40's and had no mannersim at all, Parsis will never change.....no manners at all.Attaching the bill of the same.If possible kindly help in controlling the same.He must be behaving and cheating so many other people like that.
