On 15-Nov-2008 I pullaned to buy a LCD monitor for my computer, I went to the nearest computer showroom and purchased LG LCD W1941S from Hindustan Appliances, Najafgarh Road. The sales boy told me that the price is Rs9500/- and if you ordered us right now then we will reduce Rs500/-, after that the monitor will cost me only Rs9000/-. The monitor was not available on that time at the showroom and the sales person told me that they will deliver the monitor to my place within 2 hour. But after the delivery I found something wrong that is the price tag pasted on the box was tampered. Then I went to the LG shopy and they told that MRP of the monitor is Rs8800/- but after discount the effective price will be Rs8050/- inclusive taxes. So I want to file a complaint against Hindustan Appliances for selling more than MRP which is totally illegal.

I have purchased 19" LCD Monitor on dated 28 January 2010 from My Nearest Dealer, and in March 2010 I am facing in which LCD Display Problem. in the Center of Screen one spotlight are showing and nothing to display this area of this spotlight.

Hi Inderjeet, I am also facing same problem and LG service center closed my case without, any action. is your prblem solved.
