Dear Sir,

This is my first attempt to make a complaint to the consumer court in the
hope that we petty consumers will not have to suffer. A grocery shop known
as Ramesh Stores based on 3rd road, Opp Hanuman Mandir, SV Road, Khar (w),
Mumbai charges more than the printed price. A 1.5 l coke bottle that costs
Rs. 47 is being charged at Rs. 49 at his shop. Infact many other items such
as aata, rice are charged at more than the specified price. He has some
unworthy justificstions if he is questioned for charging more.

I hope there must be some action for such shopkeepers who try to rob their
customers in such ways. I would request to keep my identity as anonymous so
that I dont have to bear the consequences.
