Submit Complaint..I have purchased one Coke of 300 ml. from Hotel Greenfield Resorts, Pune on 7/4/2005 for which MRP was Rs. 8.00. but it was charged at Rs. 17.00 under cash memo bearing No. 282. I was charged Rs. 9 extra.

THESE RATES ARE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED ON THE BOARD, PROUDLY. UPON CONFRONTATION THEY SAY IT IS MULTIPLEX, WE HAD BEEN TO THE MULTIPLEX FOR AN ENTERTAINTMENT, WHICH WAS SIMPLY RIUNED BY THIS CAFETERIA, SELLING STALE AND JUNK FOOD, AND OVERCHARGING THE CUSTOMERS, WHO HAVE NO CHOICE WHEN IN A THEATRE. WE WERE THREE OF US AND SPENT OVER Rs.600/-

Hi,
They should not, as per the agreement with Master and Visa, merchant they
cannot charge 2% extra for any item. But they still do.
I have raised this issue to Bank many times but they dont take any action for
one reason or another.
