Hi All,

I stay in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bangalore. Shopkeepers in the area sell milk, cold drinks, soda, packed juce, cold water, etc ( anything kept in a fridge / chiller ) at a price more than the MRP . They say that the Rs 1 extra is cooling charge ( electricity bill )
This is really annoying !! How can this be controlled? What action can we take against this ?

Well at the above mentioned products the extra charge is Rs 1 but liquor is sold at a price that is Rs 2 - Rs 15 more than the MRP. When we ask for a bill they just deny to give one. The answer is " take it or leave it " but one never gets a bill . Whom should we complain about this ? How to put an end to this ?
