Dear Sir,

This complaint is regarding charging of price for consumables above MRP by the dearler. I have purchased 500 gm of white Lobiya and red Lobiya from M/s Shivam Enterprises, F-3/8, Gulmohar Park Road, Gautam Nagar, ND-49, Ph.#26852493 on 09.04.10. The MRP mentioned in the packet is Rs.30 and Rs.35 respectively where as the whole sale dealer M/s Shivam Enterprises has charged me Rs.34 and Rs.39 respectively. When I raised objection they said that the MRP mentioned in the packet is the old price and later the price has been gone up. Whatever the case, how can a dealer charge a price more than MRP? Pls take necessary action on such greedy and cheating shop keepers.
