I am a resident of Faridabad and recently i was charged double the amount on 1 Leter bottle of Aquafina at a restaurant(Alles Spice) in the mall. I arugued for that matter but the reply was blunt and even lame excuses were served as: all the restaurants do the same thing, if we dont do it how will we be able to run our business.
I told them that the action will be taken regarding the matter but it warning was ignored.
Now i have a copy of that 'bill' as well as 'menue' of the restaurant that mention the price of bottled water with service for Rs.30.
Please guide me as i want to take action against these malpractices.
