Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Last week I saw a news on TV9 with regards to some retailers selling cold
drinks at a price more than the MRP. Today I had been to a store (shree
ganesh copy centre & all stationery mart)at Goregaon East, near Oberoi Mall;
(enclosed is the picture of the shop and his owner), where we were charged
us Rs.2 extra on a bottle of mazaa whose MRP was Rs.8/-. He said it is for
cooling charges, just like the other retailers at Mira Road, which was shown
on TV

When we questioned he said he had to pay Rs.8000/- every month for his
refrigerator, so should he passing that liability to the consumers? Such
frauds are seen only in these areas. As an alert citizen it is our duty to
inform and expose these cheats so that tomorrow all consumers are aware of
their rights.

I believe your team would highlight this issue seriously and take such
people to task. I was happy to see the news on this issue and that helped me
be aware of such frauds.

Request you to expose this man, some Mr.Maujiwala(photo enclosed) so that
other retailers in this area are also cautious and wont cheat people.
