I purchased a pack of Britannia Cheese cubes for the Easyday outlet at RDC Rajanagar Ghaziabad vide Bill TA # 07291 dated 22nd June 2012. The pack had Rs 10 off on a printed MRP of Rs 93. That means that the pack should have cost me Rs 83. When I was charged Rs 88 for the pack, the counter clerk argued that he had to add back "administrative charges" and thus the offer price can only be Rs 88. I did not understand his logic and came back and lodged a complaint with their customer care on 0120-4666555. The customer care after taking all details informed me that someone will 'definitely' contact me at my given mobile number by 26th June.
After waiting for 8 days I am forced to lodge a complaint of giving false information to customers and overcharging on manufacturer mandated price.
