Dear sir/madame,

I am a resident of Mumbai,in 2010 we had been to Goa for a family holiday.We are a family of 9 people.We met this girl at the Candolum beach who gave us a scratch card and said we have won something for which you will have to come to the Royal Beach club Monterio Goa .My parents don't speak English and thus the presentation was done in Hinglish.we liked the proposal told to us orally.we told them we will go home and think about it.but the forced us to do the sing the contrat then and there.After we singned the contract we came back to Mumbai a paid 3 lac for our membership for 25 yrs.Later when we tried booking the hotel they always tell us that it is full when we need it.Also they said the membership is only for 4 people for the 5 members we will have to pay extra.

We are under a lot of stress as we don't see any ray of hope .Kindly note that since we have taken the membership we haven't used it and the word they said and the words in the contract don't match .

Please help us as we have no saying as we singed the contract,tell us a way to get out money back.
