    Default ICICI's WRONG ENTRY IN CIBIL IS COSTING LOTS OF PAIN & MONEY

    Hi There,

    This is in regard with Wrong Entry In my CIBIL report by ICICI bank.
    I have applied for home loan with HDFC & SBI banks, and both of them claim I have overdue on a card with ICICI bank.
    Even my wife who is co-applicant has wrongly 2 icici bank credit card over dues in her CIBIL report by mistake.

    I have contacted ICICI bank and they have confirmed that card doesn't belong to me and has been entered in CIBIL by mistake.
    But still they are not able to give me NOC which can help me proceed with Home Loan Approval.
    Also, as I am having hard to convince my builder to wait for more time for disbursement of loan amount,
    So I am on the verge of loosing the deal and 10% of the my hard earned money paid to him as well.

    I tried to explain same to ICICI bank Collection branch at Bommanahalli, Bangalore, but they are least interested in helping me out with fast resolution.
    All they are saying talk to customer care. I have been explain same story to customer care as well,
    but they also told me that "WE CAN NOT GIVE ANY NOC TO YOU BUT CAN RAISE REQUEST TO INVESTIGATE IT", Even after they confirm that these cards DO NOT belong to me or my wife both.

    AS PER MY UNDERSTANDING, I AM OBLIGED TO GO TO BANKS OMBUDSMEN FOR HARASSMENT BY CIBIL'S WRONG REPORT BY ICICI BANKS MISTAKE.

    As we can see I am having lots of mental pain and harasment because of somebody's else mistak, I want to know To Whome I should report??
    So lousy banks like icici do not do mistakes like this again and innocent people like me suffer from their recklessness.

    Now, I am also taking this with my company's Globle Employee Safety and Harrasment helpline,
    They are sort assuring me if I accrue loss and icici bank is responsible for the same,
    They will black list ICICI bank for "All Business Transactions" in Japan & APAC resion.


    One suggestion I want to give to all the people who have card with ICICI is that :
    "CANCEL THE CARD AND NEVEN HAVE A CARD WITH ICICI BANK, EVEN IF YOU DON'T USE IT"

    I brout a TV last ten month before,
    jo teen bar repair ho chuka hai , ab mai chahta hu ki TV ko replace karke dusra TV company mujhe de, is per company ke engeeniar ne kaha ki TV abhi aachha iska kit mai change kar dunga ,
    lekin abhi tak mai kai bar service center per call kar chuka hu per n kit change hua n koi thik se jabab deta hai. mai kya karu ?

    Dear sir,
    I will like to complain against the service issue from the reliance broadband netconnect ,This is the worst service from relinance to their customer . iface the problem from last 4-5 month .if i will like to change the plan i already requested to their tollfree no. also in web world and also in live chat every time they are saying now ur plan is to be changed but i dont have any proof for that now i have proof of chat ahich is held on 11th jun by prachi she told me that ur plan is to be changed on 14th june 2010 now i just want confirm that now somebody named drumil very poorly service and he told me that agian that ur plan is not change and we are sorry so why i have to pay more bill while i have a legal proof of change the plan why i am suffeering that problem i dont understand their atttiude . when i have to submitt my complain . i want to file a case against him and also pls give thair ceo mail id and where i have to submitte a legal proof of chat

    Dear Sir,

    I am facing a lots of problem from last 4-5 month while using reliance net connect modem .
    This is the worst service in India. I have to filled a register case against him
    my data card no. is 9371492691
    Problem is which i am facing is that when i visit the web world to change plan every time they asking to call with toll free no. every time i talk with toll free no.to change my plan.and every time that people is say that ur plan is to be changed. But when i saw my bill plan is not to be change i don't have a legal proof to blame on that people.Now i have a legal proof with me.

    I am ask someone at last month 11th june 2010 to change my plan and someone ensure that your plan is to be changed from 14th of june 2010. but i know that this people having a worst service same day afternoon through my login i chat with prachi and she also told me that your plan is to be changed from 14th june that i have legal chat record .

    Yesterday what happens i just want to confirm whether it is change or not some person named drumil according to him he says that your plan is change from 14th july when i say that i have record to talk with prachi he didnt answer me . His service is so poor that i cant explain in word he didnt reply my answer and he chat with an attitude.

    I also say him that its not mistake from my end its from your end he cant say anything. When i say him that this is th 5th time i am facing the problem he still didnt reply.

    When i ask him if i didn't get an satisfy answer i am complaining this time to TRAI , CONSUMER COURT , still he didn't reply he just say that u call to that that no.
    i am unable to answer.

    And now my usage is more according to change my plan and now this people sent me huge amount of bill .

    I have a fill a legal case if this issue is not solved because i am having a legal proof.

    Please tell me what is the procedure for that already i mail to consumer court also

    Please Guide me i am in very much trouble while using this modem . I don't know this people are solved or not because of facing such problems from last 5 month.

    Because this people are never call me to solve the issue.

    Unhappy TVS Bike Finance - ESC proceeded before submitting ECS Mandate

    Hi! I bought a bike TVS Jive from Ashok Nagar Prabha TVS. I got this bike in higher purchase offered by TVS finance itself. The TVS Finance sales person said I will recieve the ECS from the month of August. But I got the 1st ESC in the month of July itself (9th July 2010). Even then I had sufficient balance in my account the ESC got returned because TVS Finance without submitting my ESC Mandate form produced the first ESC in the Bank. I wish to launch a complaint against TVS Finance since this Return will be a black mark in my bank statement and can not utilize any benefits like taking any other loan or credit cards.

    I also did not received any repayment schedule yet from TVS Finance. So Don't even have the loan number with me.

    Default Defective Panasonic Viera TV Sold by Panasonic Distributor

    I need help - do I need to become a Premium Consumer to get help from this website. My case is as below:

    I purchased my Panasonic Viera TV (Model TH42PV7 / Sl#YS8110004) as a new year gift for my wife on 1st Jan 2009. I went to the only authorised shop in Noida as listed on Panasonic Website : M/s Rythm House in Sector-18 Noida. Have paid full amount with tax and have the bill of purchase too ! The service that I got from the shop and ASCs has been pathetic. Within 15days of purchase, my TV konked off and was made working only in Apr'09 after much pain.

    I thought that atleast the TV is working now and I have peace of mind, but since Dec'09 till date, the condition of TV continues to worsen with coloured lines and 2 one inch black band covering the left side of my TV screen. I am sure that this is a manufacturing/ design latent defect, but Panasonic guys want Rs. 45000/- to repair this TV which I bought for Rs. 53000/- and have used in healthy condition for less than 10 month.

    Most importantly, the Panasonic ASC guys tell me that this is an International Model and not convered under India Warranty - is it my mistake that they sold me this model from a Panasonic Authorised Dealer.

    Getting tired of follow-ups. Just hoping someone senior at Panasonic would listen and replace this TV.

    Visit: Premium Consumer Membership if you are interested in Premium Membership.

    Apart from this, you can send a legal notice to the CMD of Panasonic India, mention all the details in it, attach the photocopy of relevant documents and ask them for the proper solution within the mentioned time in the notice. Wait for their response and revert us back.
