I booked a parcel at Banjara hills PO Hyderabad dated 21/08/09. But still it has not been delivered yet. When I tried to track the same the postmaster behaved very rudely even I filled up the complain form and produced the receipt but they are not regretting at their breach of Service level agreement. In spite they are harassing by taking all nuisance. Followed by this I registered the complain online also but here also these people are talking nausance. The below are the details:

Irresponsible service of the Herohonda service center Hi,
This is customer of Herohonda service center, Previously inthe last month i have given my vehicle for the service at herohonda Sales& Services near , Neredmet CrossRoad , RK puram flyover.
Jst with in ten days after sevicing , again my vehicle started troubling me. and they have given me the bill for un serviced and un added new accessories. saying that they did proper servicng and changed new battery , but they dint add new battery infact.
and after 1month again i hav given my vehicle for the repair and submitted my previous bill.they again kept my vehicle for the whole day and didnot do any service but they have charged.
I want to lodge a compliant on irresponsible idiots working for Herohonda service center , at Neredmet X roads , near RK puram flyover.
Let me know the procedure how can i apply case on them.

Speed post lost by postal department hi
my father had speed post my Passport from Faridabad to Pune speed post number : EH0- 18598774IN dated 23/10/2009. The contents i.e my passport has been lost by the department as they informed me that they have received a torned envelope at the nearest post office.
The Speed Post Complaint Centre,Pune have communicated to me regarding the loss however i have not received ant updates from them since then.
the complaint lodged at India post site Complaint number : 111002-04959 has also not been updated since.
please help me

Delay in transfer of NSCs I am having 6 nos. NSC, issued by Kolkata GPO, having following detail.
No. 54CC 588747 for Rs 1000/- purchased on 20/12/2003. (registration no. 277211)
No. 54CC 588748 for Rs 1000/- purchased on 20/12/2003. (registration no. 277211)
No. 54CC 588749 for Rs 1000/- purchased on 20/12/2003. (registration no. 277211)
No. 54CC 588750 for Rs 1000/- purchased on 20/12/2003. (registration no. 12799)
No. 54CC 588751 for Rs 1000/- purchased on 20/12/2003. (registration no. 12799)
No. 35DD 092767for Rs 5000/- purchased on 20/12/2003. (registration no. 12799)
I had applied at Dehradun GPO, Dehrdaun-248001 for transfer of these NSCs. My transfer request was dispatched by Dehradun GPO on 18/02/2010. Till date, even after more than 2 months, the NSCs have not been transferred.
