I am a preclinical toxicology scientist who has applied to national
institute but fell prey to the gross misconduct of reputed courier company
DTDC.

The cosignment (containing the application file) which was sent by DTDC
couriers on 19/08/09 was received on 28/08/09 at destination. The
consignment was sent from Ahmedabad to Delhi.The cosignment contained an
important Application which was time-bound and was absolutely required to
reach on destination by 5 days (last day of submission). The courier company
DTDC committed that the consignment will be delivered to the destination in
2 days. The consignment details are as under- Shipment No. : A16178091
Booked by : AHMEDABAD (INCOME TAX CIRCLE), AHMEDABAD On : Wednesday, August
19, 2009 No of Pieces : 1 Status : DELIVERED On : Friday, August 28, 2009 @
1500 Hrs At : DELHI Received By : SIGN The tracking at DTDC website showed
that the cosignment lied at the Delhi branch for 7 days before being
delivered. This delay has caused an irreparable damage to my carrier. Hence
it is a humble request to take appropriate action against the courier
company and grant justice to me by appropriate compensation.
