I never come across such a bad courier services like Professional Couriers..they are worst.
I chose this courier service to send some important urgent documents from Bangalore to Gurgaon on 15th Nov'11, which were required to reach Gurgaon on 3rd day. but still in trasit.
Because of delay from Professional's end, my own work has got delayed by one more week.
Bangalore and Gurgaon both are metro cities, m not understanding where is the problem.

Over that, pathetic customer services, they even dont know how to speak with their customer who actually running their business. First of all, half the numbers mentioned on site not working, rest not picking. somehow i manged one number, the lady mentioned we dont have net services and ended up with one new number(corporate office Bangalore, Koramangla). After long waiting by god grace, my call was picked and transferred many times and one needs to tell story to every executive.
And these executives, they scold on you like anything or simply disconnect. Hardly understand our time value.

I will suggest everyone, DO NOT take services of Professional Courier. Our Indian regular Postal Service is doing better than them.
