sir i have sent a courier no.204320354 on 17th feb,in the name of mrs Pammi shrivastava address- 35/2A ACHARYA JAGDISH CHANDRA BOSE ROAD,MULICK BAZAR 2ND FLOOR
BHAGAT HOUSE ,FLAT NO.6 kolkata 7000017 WEST BENGAL.but till now it is undelivered, i have complaint to courier office but i didn't got any satisfactory answer, so please
look through it and do the need full as soon as possible. my parcel contains 3 pairs of clothes and 1 pair of artificial bangles and 1 comb.

Parcel booked from Vardhman Special steels,Ludhiana booked vide Docket No.219528507 dated 16-04-2012 has not arrived nor delivered to us i.e,MAITHAN CERAMIC LTD till this time.kindly note that it is very very urgent for us.

Firstly, we have sent courier of machine spare part from mumbai - Andheri to Kolhapur Mistair health and hygiene ON 7.5.12 but till date we have not received courier at destination.

secondly, on enquiring mumbai cust care is telling it is deliver to pune whereas pune cust care is telling it is not yet received, WHAT IS THIS???

thirdly, communicating to seniour person of pune ON DOT MR. ANIL, I am not getting proper response inspite of helping and getting the courier delivered he is telling me N nos. of problem that also harsly!!

SIR i'v booked a courier vide no 624827069 for DADRA in the name of PAREKH ALUMINEX LTD ON 08/05/2012.THE PARTY HAS NOT RD THE COURIER TILL DATE .After my enquiry i'v being told that my booking no has changed to 219481339 but the problem still persists and the courier has not been delivered.There is no proper answer from the co. itself as my courier contains an important govt sales tax C FORM due to which i'm suffering from economic loss.pls look into this matter and do the needful .

Sanjeevini herbal ayurvedic firm sent a medicine by courier on 6/6/2012 by no 426902948 to me at Mysore No. 1300. 5the cross lalithaadri road, kuvempunagar, mysore-23. It is reduculous to note that the article isnot received even after 6 days. When I made enquiries at Mysore office 2435660 it was informed that the artile is not received at bangalore and givn a free advise to inform the sender to contact the booking office. What an irresponsible reply. After all theis serivice is not given free of charge. The company better close and wind up when they are unable to render satisfactory service to the customers.
