hi, i am working in mumbai for a delhi based tourism and hospitality pvt. ltd. company. few days ago one of the worker couriered me a package from delhi by blazeflash courier services on 27th of jan 2012. it was friday eve. and next day was saturday so i waited for monday to get my courier but it didn't come. i waited for another day but when it didn't come to me so i asked my delhi office to inquire about it. from that time both of the offices( delhi & mumbai) are giving excuses and only excuses. i doubt that their delivery boy has delivered it at the wrong place or he opened it. now i want to get my things back and also want to teach a good lession to these guys so from the next time they will do their work properly. i also want compensation from the company for wasting my time and loss of the business in these days and the mental harrasment. please help.
