Dear sir,

on 30/3/2012 i had sent a document from dtdc madipakkam branch, addressed to mr.k. Murali, kanchipuram and paid rs. 25/- as courier charges . O till date the courier is neither delivered not traceable. I am surprised and shocked at the non responsive behaviour of dtdc and its careless attitude towards customers. I expect dtdc to respond to my complaint.

This is Vijay and i have booked a package from Hyderabad to Amalapuram on Thursday May 03 2012 and below is the tracking being shown in the website. When i call the respective regions, they claim the package never came to their office. This is ridiculous. I have been calling these people since three days and there is no minimum courtesy to call back with the status of the package.

Please register a complaint against DTDC with strict actions with below charges:

1. Not delivering the package in time.
2. Do not have the track of lost package
3. Disturbing the personal and professional life as i had to do frequent follow ups ending with no response back.
4. Reimbursement for the lost package and also the time i have wasted for the followups.

SIR/ Madam,

I had sent 2 parcels on 07 of July 2012, one was for Eatable and other was shoes shirts and short.One parcel reached chennai on 12th july that was eatable parcel but the one in which there were shoes and other things got lost as said by the Owner of DTDC in satara road pune branch. I want to know how can one parcel reach and the other can get lost when all the details were same i mean the Address and contact number and packing was same for both parcel.
The DTDC Courier number is D09939755. I want the License for the DTDC Courrier for Satara road branch to be taken away as this was the First time i had Sent the Couurier thru this company which gave such a horrible Experinence. They Lost my package and also when we call their Branch they are very rude and also the Person who ows the DTDC Branch whose name is sandeep desai and the Representative who is Rupali bondarde are very rude, I had called 10 times to track my order but they never called me back even after when they promised to call back. I have send a Complain Mail on css.chennai.@dtdc.com and css.pune.@dtdc.com .Their Customer Service number which is 02033004444 never gets connected and always gets Disconnected. DTDC Courier is terrific company and should be closed as the Service given by then is Pathetic. The Name itself Says," DTDC Delivering Value" should be changed to "DTDC Delivering Pathetic Service".
I Want consumer court to take all the Complaints for DTDC in a Serious mode and resolve it ASAP.

I have done courier on 26th July 2012 from Pune to Lucknow. My consignment no is 3030439510 .i have done courier through DTDC from Pune but in lucknow overnite courier services is taking care of delivering the things.
This complaint is about the Rakhi sent in my home address Lucknow through DTDC courier service are not delivered yet. Even address ,pin code ,contact number is correct but they instruct and insist that I should go and collect it from their office otherwise they will return that courier.Infact i received a message from lucknow DTDC courier (9336941297-lucknow) that they are returning my courier from lucknow to Pune.
Kindly instruct the people in this office to do their duty properly and deliver goods in the addressee's place.even i called yesterday and also calling today but they are not picking my call ...just he received my call and talking in a very bad manner way,number of that person is 9616927824.he was saying that is not my delivery area and insisting to me to collect it from engineering college,this place is 5 km away from my home,yesterday he told me to come and collect...even i went but he didnot come....and also not received my call ..i was till 2hr there yesterday but he didn't come.

i would like to complaint about one docket no - Z69639923. this was booked on 6th august from delhi(vijaynagar) to salem(tamil nadu)..which reached chennai on 7th and 8th.
i was waiting till 16th that sometimes late occurs ..it will come.then i contacted them on customer care number -080 2536 5032
1- first i called on their customer care number given on their site.
2- they gave me 044-33004444 to call on chennai regional office and find out..but no one picked call there even when i called 10 times
3- then again i called customer care number -080 2536 5032
4- then they gave me a number - 044- 42187070 their one lady picked up the call and gave me 2 more numbers to call and ask

A Courier Parcel was sent to me(Chennai) from Coimbatore and the consignment number is

It was sent on Monday 17 th sep - But till now that is Friday 21 sep it has not reached me. When i tracked it - it says Customer refused to accept it . But The Parcel never reached us - when contacted Ambattur Branch Office - they are telling - The Parcel was bit by ' RAT' - I need a Complaint to be registered immediately regarding this .

That is Cheating - by putting Customer refused to accept .

Damaging the parcel and not informing the status . I want DTDC to take responsibility for this and bear the cost of the consignment as well. Else we are moving it to Consumer Court.

My brother sent a consignment on Friday 21st 2012.

It is not yet delivered to my address. The status of the consignment shows out for delivery. This has been the status since 24th Sept 2012.

I called up the Bangalore J.P Nagar branch. For the past two days I have been getting the same response "Sir, It will be delivered today".

They had charged Rs. 1000/- for the delivery. I am at loss of money as well as the edible that was sent.

DTDC Courier routed to Madurai from Trichy which took 8 hours to reach madurai from Trichy, instead of taking it to a place 2 hours from Trichy.Delayed by 2 days and surprisngly they dont even know the route. apart from getting delayed what I could hear from customer care was arrogant response ..."So what we ll get it done tomorrow". Atleast admitting mistake or apologizing... Nothing...
Strange that this has not been Shut down yet.

I just purchased a kit from Hyderabad and the vendor dispatched it on OCT 10 2012, it was suppose to reach my place which is Cherthala, near to cochin. The package came to Cochin on the 15th of October and today is 17th night and the package is still in cochin. Tried to call the customer service phone number which was given to me by the cherthala dtdc office but just keep ringing but no one picks up the phone. the tracking # is H05941077

I had a very bad experience with DTDC earlier too, when i send an expensive stuff to my brother in bombay who was travelling outside india within couple of days, the cost of the stuff was around Rs.6000.00 and it was damaged eventhough on the package it was mentioned "Fragile"

I had booked a consignment on 17/11/2012 in Noida sector-48 which was to be delivered at Jaipur. It's been 10 days and the consignment has not been delivered in Jaipur.
