Sir,

My friend had sent me a courier fromBhubaneswar through Flyking Courier Services on 21.01.12. I stay at Kanpur. The parcel contained an I-pod (shuffle) along with a card.
First of all, this courier was received late (on28.01.12).

Secondly, to my shock, when I opened the parcel,I found the inner parcel has been tampered and the I-pod was gone. The card wasintact. Staples were found only on one side of the outer cover.

Thirdly, when I tried to track the courierthrough the company's online tracking system, it says " No Records foundfor this consignment no."

Now, when I am trying to contact their Kanpuroffice, all the phone numbers are either "Out of Service" or they donot exist! The courier office people at Bhubaneswar are denying any allegation when my friend talked to them.

I want the concerned to take up this matter and resolve it. And friends, whoever seeing this post I earnestly request or I would say, I advise you not to trust Flyking Courier Services. To my opinion it is a fraud company because recently I have heard similar incidents concerned with this company. So, it is a common practice for them. I want the people responsible for this kind of act to be punished heavily.
