Dear Sir,
I had sent a consignment consisiting of an invoice to a particular organisation in Parwanoo on Nov'11 & Dec'11. Eventhough they did not have their services their,they accepted it for which I paid the requisite charges.
Even after almost 60days, the other party had not received the document after which I enquired about the same.They returned my document stating that they could not deliver. I was not at all informed about it for which they told that I had not furnished my mobile number. If that was required, they should have asked about the same while accepting the consignment.
Now I have collected the document & they have forcefully taken away one of the receipts of the Nov'11 consignment. Due to this, my payments of around 2lakhs has been delayed & my reputation/rapport with the concerned organisation has also been damaged as I have been continuously following my payments to their higher quarters even without submitting an invoice.For the same reason, I have lost many opportunities to work with them in my business.
