I had used First flight courier services, Janakpuri, New delhi to send a courier from Delhi to Bangalore on dated 18th Nov 2011.Iclearly told the courier person Subhash that Courier should be delivered by19th Morning to the concern person. As it was told from their staff that it willbe done.
I was toldthat the shipping of the items within 10kg will cost me (charged) and expressclearance tax around Rs.1562/-.We paid that amount on trust that courier willbe delivered on time as it was told by their staff. But he was not able to deliverthat courier on time and on Wednesday afternoon person called us that he wasnot able to reach the concerned person. After calling to follow up and checkwith their office nobody accepts to provide me with the wrong information whichis basically cheating customer.
I am so veryfrustrated they way they providing information and dealing business withcustomer while I put whole trust on their courier services.
Please register my grievance ASAPand as I am mentally and physically tired. I will be thankful to you.
