We booked parcel in ST couriers chennai to bnangalore on 21st January 12.
Courier manager told we will be delivered monday 23rd January 12.
The deliverable area is not the bangalore city outskirt.Monday i called chennai and bangalore office.
They told we have system problem then power shutdown problem finally they told reason that we delivered to bangalore.
You can contact there. I called to bangalore office and i given all details.
They told the same story ( power shutdown, system is not online etc).and i called to manager. He said there is no delivery boy for your area today.He is leave today.
And i asked i can come and collect so tell me where is the parcel now.
He told i 'll get back to you after some time.
After so many calls( they are not picking the phone specially my call only) they taken phone when i called from other phone.
This is happened in tuesday evening only. Finally they are telling Courier is reached in bangalore
again i asked cheenai office, they told we deliverd to bangalore.
Still i am not getting the courier. I don't know what's happening.
I never come across this kind of very bad experince.
I wated my 2 days time ( Because that parcel is very important).
I wasted lot of phone calls for that.
