Hi, I had sent a courier on 11/01/2012 by the gr8 Fraud Company "TRACKON Courier Pvt Ltd", where the box was altered and found to be empty by the receiver.I have desperately tried and pleaded them to inquire but this busy for nothing company's headless head simply turned a deaf ear.I am going to sue them now.PLZZZ BEWARE FROM THIS company's service as they can't track any courier.Simply putting the name TRACK ON does not mean they can track anything.DONT USE THIS COURIER OR ELSE GET READY TO LOSE YOUR VALUABLES FOREVER!!!

I am Raghawendra Rai. My father had sent me a courier from VARANASI U.P to BANGALORE KARNATAKA on date 02-02-12 receipt no. 268906677. On 6th feb its given to the delivery man but still i didn't get my courier. When I contact to madiwala branch they are not giving any proper response. Companies official land line no.(080-40790123) is not picked by any one. And while trying many times on there RSM's number and Customer Support Manager's number I didn't get any response from them too. I think they don't feel any responsibility regarding customers.The worst courier service I have ever seen is TRACKON COURIER SERVICE. I want to sue them through Consumer Court. Please tell me the procedure.

Dear Sir,
I ,Shafiq rehman Khan,Zonal sales manager ,Emcure Pharmaceuaticals Ltd. based at Lucknow have not yet received the docket which was sent from our Pune office on dated 30th april'12 .
when i traced it online i found that Trackon Lucknow area office has received it on 4th May'12 by Mr Piyush (mob no.9236053253 ,man no.140040240642 ) but he has not delivered till date.
as i am holding such a responsible post of the company and if i do not receive the docket on time which contains very important paper or article will lead to bad reputation and unable to function my role and responsibility due to absence of such important document

therefore,you are advised to take the necessary action immediately and hope the same will not happen in future.
