My name is Vijay Kumar Gupta.This is regarding a complaint which hurt me so much mentally and economically .I had applied for the post of teacher(2011) in UP on 2 January 2011 from Ganeshpura(110035) post office of Delhi .
The last date of receiving application by the DEIT OF KANNAUJ is 9 january 2011 . My tracking/consignment number is ED228761965IN .
But my form had been refused to take by The DEIT OF KANNAUJ because it reached there late . When I track my delivery status , It is as below .

Here you can see that it took 9 days to went from Delhi to Kanpur and took only 1 day in returning .
Due to mis arrangement of Postal department of government , My hope of government job has been ruined because My selection is 100% sure for this post As I got 116/150 marks in UPTET exam in OBC category and the selection is based upon UPTET marks .
