I have account with UPS and I send 3 cartons sample shipment t to USA under tracking number 1Z2XY6870467811867 on customer’s account. Parcels pick up from office on 29th December 2011. Today when I call to UPS for the status of this shipment Mr. Nityanand from the customer care inform me that the parcel is still laying in India but on the website of the UPS tracking details shows it’s with US custom agent for clearance. I ask for the delay but the customer service person not able reply my answer and inform me that the operation people is left for the day so they will answer me tomorrow. Other than this I have send one more shipment to USA to my customer under tracking number 1Z2XY6870495009413. The parcel is picked up from my office on 30th October 2011 and has to deliver on 3rd or 4th November 2011. But it was held up in India till 4th November 2011 and delivered to my customer on 10th November. For this they charge me Rs. 1,01,952.73. In this also they make the mistake. This is a volumetric shipment and charges on the volume of the shipment. As per my packing the chargeable volume weight is 330 Kgs. But they charges me for 399 Kgs. It mean more 69 Kgs. I wrote the email to representive Ms Priti Mehera on the same day but she not replied my email. I continuously doing the follow-up for this issue but not one has replied my email not attend my phone call. And when I send the shipment on last week they hold up my shipment and ask me to make the payment first. After doing the pickup of my shipment which I send on my customer account they send me the email that my account was suspended for non payment of the bill. When the company is charging so huge amount for the shipments is not their duty to send the shipment on time? As per the schedule UPS should delivered the parcel within 3 days from the parcel picked up from my office.
On the same month two parcels was picked up from my office under SLI number C-22232 and 22233 tracking number for the same is 1Z2XY6870469029825 / 1Z2XY6870467004819. UPS has made a wrong delivery and till date they not able to delivered the correct content to correct customer. And the same reason I have loose orders from customer.
I want to lodge the complaint against the UPS for all this bad services I am getting from UPS and want the claim for this. Please help me on this issue.
