Dear All,
My dad has booked a domestic priority consignment with consignment number 60122436286 paying Rs 280/- from Tellicherry to Nagpur on 4th January 2012. Today I came to know from Bluedart website that the filght is cancelled and the consignment is delayed. Now I had no intimation from Bluedart regarding this, the documnets are important ones for incometax saving proof which needs to be submitted for tomorrow. I called up the Blue-dart care number ibn delhi 011-66111234 and asked the rep when I will get the consignment and why I was not informed about the delay..when a premium chare was charged towards the same he cut the call after putting on hold I want to sue bluedart for deficiency of service
1)for not informing me about the delay
2)for cutting my call abruptly
Please advise on the same
