Dear sir,
My name is Himanshu Pal and I’m from Pune. I send a courier to Ranchi Jharkhand dated 25/2/2011 which had a shirt for my uncle which was a surprise gift for him so I didn’t told him about the courier but after 1 month when I asked him he told that he didn’t received any courier. Then I went to the shop from where I did the courier. They logged my complaint and told me that due to some confusion about Ranchi and Jhansi the courier has reached Jhansi and will be forwarded to Ranchi from there only but nothing happened.
I also contacted DTDC via e-mail but got no positive response from them. And now they have stopped responding to my e-mails.
I have the original shipper copy with me. Kindly help me with this

We are the Service Centre of HCL PC Laptops & Kodak Cameras & have our main Office at Chandigarh.
We send regular Couriour to Chandigarh Office at : HCL Touch, SCO 66-67, Sec 17 A Chandigarh.

We have Given three Couriers to On Dot Couriour (Delight Couriours) to Mr. Mohit but they
have not Delivered those Couriour to Chandigarh.We are regularly following him but no response.
Courier was of Digital Camera, Computer & Laptop Parts having a Total Value of Approx 40000. We
have also Contact the Comapny Person Mr. Amandeep but he is also incuding in the fraud made
by Mr. Mohit.
We are the Service Centre for HCL & KODAK Camera. We have sent these items to Our
Chandigarh Office for Repair. We have Proper Recipt of The Courier Given by Mr. Mohit.

My consignment numbered h97491804 is pending to be delivered and it has been 5 days since the consignment was sent. Tt was send from hyderabad on 28.2.12 and was due to reach kolkata . Online status is showing in transit and there has been no update till now. There customer care number is busy an i have been trying since hour to reach to them.

I have purchased a mineral sample for lab testing paying Rs.7000/- to my supplier at Ranchi.Consignor:Ms.Abhilasha Sinha,AshokNagar,Ranchi.Material booked through DTDC Courier vide their c/n no-K-54630100 dt 09.4.2012.Consignee:D.Bose.1/2,Baman Para Lane,Flat No-6.Kolkata-700042.Till date I have not received the item.Several complains has been lodged to the DTDC people (From Chairman to all the booking branches),but they are sitting tight with the case.The consignment has been wrongly delivered to Kolkata-700042(SIEMENS LTD).The DRS shows the information.How can a consignment having pincode 700019 be delivered to pincode-700042????I want a solution of this case.Please look into this matter.D.Bose.1/2,Baman Para Lane,Flat No-6.Kolkata-700019.

Hi,

My name is Deepak sharma and i live in bangalore. My father has sent a
courier to me from Deoria(U.P) on 14th April 2012 consignment number-(Z59723336)
Courier did not reach to me at all. The content was ring , which he
got for me after doing some pooja. It was informed to dtdc office
about content of courier.

I followed up with DTDC about a month and finaly somehow they managed
to say that courier has been lost. Now they are not providingme any
claim , as per them it content was not declared, even though my father told about conent at
the time of courier itselg . I am attaching the DTDC courier details.
Now they have even stoped responding to my mails.

The following is the last mail i got from DTDC

Dear Sir/Madam,*

In continuation to our earlier mail, we regret to inform your goodself that despite best of our concerned offices efforts, we were unsuccessful in tracing out your consignment which stands misplaced in *transit*.

Under the above circumstances, we would like to know if the consignment can be reconstructed, which is not traceable in our network, so as to organize its priority and safe delivery on *F*ree *O*f *C*ost (FOC) at the destination.

*OR*

As per our Contractual Obligation, given on the reverse of the airway bill, our liability for a loss of a document is limited to Rs.100/- only. However, please note that no consequential losses will be entertained by the company.

My Consignment N0.D09306854 was send from udaygiri mysore on 8th june by DTDC to patna , we still have not received it till today, company staffs are not taking any response. they always tell us to wait they threw problems on other branches but they do not respond . on tracking status it shows kolkata but kolkata DTDC are worst in taking response , they tell that our consingement has been sent to guwhati dtdc, but tell me one thing does it tajke so many days to send a parcel to patna from guwhati
so please i would like u to appeal my problem to u
have some strict decision on them

My name is Hiren Makwana and I’m from Shivpuri (M.P.). I had sent a courier to Karouli (Rajashthan) dated 9/7/2011 which had a black berry mobile for my son . which was a surprise gift for him on his special day. but after 1 month when I asked him he told that he didn’t received any courier. Then I went to the DTDC Office in shivpuri from where I did the courier. 2. The Parcel is from Nashik to Ahmedabad
3. I have paid an amout of Rs. 130/- (Rupees One Hundred Twenty Only)

5. The Parcel not yet reached till today (7th Dec 2012) at 2 am.

The tracking detail shows that it has been despatched twice in AHMEDABAD and they didnt call or mail Consignee/consignor for damaged goods and also they didnt give return the parcel to me (Consignor).

Now I think I have to go to file a case with he Consumer Court that the DTDC normally do the booking and send the consignment whenever they feel. As the consignment has been booked on 10th Nov 2012 and still on its way even on 7th Dec 2012 within Pune.

The spoke to few people of DTDC and their answers are as follows:

1. Spoke to Nashik Shopkeeper (9373789325) on 30th Nov 2010 and the answer was :
Ans. We shouldnt give you return the parcel.

2. Spoke to PUNE WARE HOUSE,PUNE (7738899845) Manager of DTDC Courier PUNE WARE HOUSE,PUNE
Ans.We will give you return the courior at RASTA PETH branch PUNE till 01 Dec 2012 at 11-12 PM.

on 01 Dec 2012 Sunil Kokane 9764814978 told me Courior Send to AHMEDABAD for Delivery.
