Dear Sir,
I had sent a courier vide No. A26632060 on 28-11-11 from your outlet - Sri Chamundeshwari Enterprises located on Shop No.619/A 4th Cross,5th Main, Hanumanth Nagar, Bangalore. The courier is addressed to Mr. K Shivakumar, Indiranagar, Adyar, Chennai. The courier is not yet delivered till 2nd Dec 2011.

I have made calls to their Chennai Phone No. 43972900. They directed me to contact another mobile No. 90030 99388. I was again directed to another number of Guindy office- 044 22341007. No body answered the call and hence I called up the mobile number 99400 82802. I was told that the courier has not reached Chennai.

I have tried reaching the Bangalore Phone Numbers given in the receipt. The Number 23566548 is under shift as per the recorded message. The other number 23566547 remains unanswered.

The numbers in the website regarding the contact details of the outlet in Hanumanth Nagar is also wrong and hence contacting them on the phone has reached the dead end.
I visited the Sri Chamundeswai Enterprises again, who informed that the courier will reach in a day, but it has not happened..

I demand a status of my courier immediately, failing which I may be forced to take a legal recourse.
