I had booked a blazeflash courier (AWB 215026480) on 5th Oct 2011 at 2.00 pm from gurgaon to Bangalore. I was told that due to holiday on 6th, it will be delieverd by 7th evening. Howvever, till date i.e. 11 oct 2011 it has not reached the destination.

I have tried calling the courier person here @GGN as well as @BLR since saturday i.e. 8th oct. On calling the courier person at GGN, he enquired the status & told me that a person went twice to deliever, but the house was locked (which is not true since its an apt & entries are made for the visitors). On calling the bangalore office I spoke to Ms. Asha @ 080 65314499. She told me that the courier is with her & SHE WILL GET IT DELIEVERED TOMMORROW (time of call was 3.00 pm on 10.10.11)

In the meanwhile I write an email to the chairman & ED (Mr. Sanjay) of blazflash on 10th. I did get a reply from Mr.Sanjay asking about the address of receiver & after that I have reminded him twice over mail since morning, but in vain.

Today ie. on 11th Oct also, the courier is not delieverd till 5.00 pm. I have made at least 30-35 calls to courier people (@GGN & BLR) & the receiver of the consignment. I would request for a compensation for delay & mental agony caused by Blazeflash to me.
