I want to confirm whether I can receive a letter through Post Office on behalf of my father, who expired on 01.04.2010. The said letter was a Demand Notice from I. Tax Authority and for the last two years, I being the son was submitting the I.T. Return on his behalf. Further, I have already informed the Sub Post Master, Rajbari Colony Post Office, Kolkata - 700081 regarding the death of my father. We observed that lots of letter addressed to my father was missing. After quaries from the said Post Office, they said that they can not deliver the deceased letter to any of his heirs which may please be claried at the earliest.

Dear sir, it is intimated that anand kumar, post office employee did not deliver our dak properly. Sometimes he delivered or sometimes write that no body is available at the address adn send it back to the sender.
Due to this we are facing a lot of problems as we did not received our dak properly

As the PASSPORT OFFICE I have contacted the RPO 22/5/2012, the passport has been dispatched to my address on 9th May 2012 from PRO and dispatched to Mehrauli PO on 10th May, it reached the Mehrauli PO. on 10th. But, so far Passport haven't reach to me till today. I visited the Post office today but they said it is misplaced. Please help me how the post office worker could misplaced. My Speed Post tracking number is ED901960936IN. Computer tracking number shows delivered on 10th May 2012. I have put the complaint to Postmaster also but, I need the passport to apply for visa soon.
Please help me.

I am a senior citizen (67), Advocate. Also President of Lions Club of Hyderabad Capital. Resident of 1-55/DCL/89, Plot No.89, Camelot Layout, Masidbanda, Kondapur, Hyderabad 500084. The concerned Post Office is at Kondapur. I subscribe to India Today, Business Today, Reader's Digest. I receive a lot of communications from Lions Clubs International and the District. I am not receiving any articles whatsoever. I complained twice to the In charge of the Post Office by taking pains to go there. The In charge called Mr Ramulu, the concerned Postman and instructed to deliver the articles promptly. However, I am not receiving any article despite my personal request to the Postman when I met him at the Post office. This is a very serious matter and I am very much concerned about. Kindly remedy the problem.

Firstly I do not understand that Why their in no opening & closing timing written on the Post Office Board ? Please write it on the door so at any time day or night it is helpful
for needful.
Their is Post office near my home some time it is open at 10.30a.m.or 11 a.m. or 11.30 a.m. the closed timing is 4.45p.m. or 5.00p.m. or 5.15 p.m what is the actual time ?
The person is also arrogant not talking good. He do not know that he is public employee.
I ask him what is the open or close timing , interesting answer is their is no any time written for LUNCH.

This is in reference to my previous letter dated 23 May 2011 addressed to the Senior Postmaster at Indraprastha Head Post Office, New Delhi highlighting the issue that the T.D.S. provided was incomplete and had deficient details. This issue was immediately reported to the S.P.M with a detailed letter and the T.D.S certificate for correction, requesting to issue a new T.D.S certificate as earlier as possible.

Also, at the time of deducting tax I requested for no deduction of tax with a duly complete Form No. 16. But unfortunately, the S.P.M refused to accept the form, deducted tax and issued an incomplete T.D.S Certificate again. Multiple requests have been made so far for the same but no affirmative results have been established. This whole scenario has cause severe inconvenience and tribulations to me. I am a senior citizen and disagree to be dealt with this aggravation.

I request you to take serious measures and action to avert this inconvenience lead to me by the authorities and the personnel.

i have a complaint that no any post-man deliver letters on right time. she delivers all letters three-four days later. bundle of letters pending in the same post office (which include ADHAAR identity cards & interview cards too). tha post-man carry a very few letters to deliver. if we ask for letter directly from the post office, no one give it. all workers are irresponsible. i had a bitter experience from the post-man: she delivered my appointment order letter to my address two days later of the joining date. as a result of this irresponsibility, i didn't get that job. So, i humbly request you to take necessary actions on this.

After his lose no body can posted for the post.last week i went post office inchage said that s/o expired postman has distributing letter but that boy has woking somewhere.

I had received a cheque no 656021 towards maturity of KVP policy 01BC659006 and 24CD012615 and 24CD012616.We have been following with Mr Kamble from Vashi Post OfficeSector 16 Vashi. We have given follow up reminders dated 9th MAY 2012 18TH JULY 2012 6TH AUGUST 17TH AUGUST 2012. After this he still tells us that he is not too sure of the process. Please guide. Phone 9930061033

My wife is having national saving certificate in Secunderabad post office. The mature date was january 2012. By somehow my wife lost the certificate. we applied for duplicate certificate around 3 months back and was told that the duplicate certificate will be issued in 6 weeks after submitting the form for duplicate.

We are stuck with the post office and they are not giving us our duplicate certificate. We have completed all formalities but still they are not giving us the certificate. Their headmaster is not responding and every employee of the post office is behaving rudely to us. We tried to make a complaint in police station but the police is not registering complaint due to government post office employees. We are really getting frustrated as i m common man and not having much source of income. That money we kept for my child's admission fees but post office people are not giving our money.

Please look into this matter.

I need the money as the latest updated they gave me today is certificate will still take time of two weeks to get approved.

To issue the duplicate copy the headmaster approved the form in front of me but still they are not giving us the certificate.
