Sir,
I had to recieve a courier at JAJPUR ROAD(ORISSA) from REWARI-MODEL TOWN(Haryana) dated
5.11.11. The courier has been delivered to
the consignee on 10.11.11; the courier has been
delivered to the consignee, on the other hand one material has theft from this packet
. No response had came till date from them after my repeated follow ups
and telephonic plus my personal visits to there office.
ever i ask for the same they told today it will be delivered.
You are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me , what can i do against them and help me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

Pls register my grievance ASAP and as I am mentally and physically tired with
followups with DTDC REWARI-MODEL TOWN (Haryana) Office.

our office & refused to delivered the pkt after misbehaviour from our staff & Boss, its a regular problem
from their side, our company is a logistics company & there is some theft cases has became, so our
security has been taken some strict action & rule, courier person have some problem reg this, so we
want some nessesary action will take against the franchise office of DTDC office Bilaspur, i will be thankful t you......

sir, we have already submit one complaint against no. 78 but today on dt. 12/11, its again happened
with us, now we have inform our branches to book any c/ment from DTDC courier but we need some
nessecery action against with courier person & franchise office, Bilaspur, plz. help us........

Dear Sir,
It is regretfully informed that my consignment A21948866 from jamnagar to Patna has faced delays in delivery. It was sent on 07th nov and promised that it shall reach on 10th nov at any cost. However, today is 14th and the whereabouts is still ot known. On net it shows out for delivery since 11th nov itself. The contact no of Raja bazaar branch of DTDC mentioned on the net is not being picked up by anyone even after continuous rings. This state of affairs is extremely appalling.

You certainly need to take up some action and get the item delivered and this makes me re think about using DTDC ever again for delivery. The state of affairs is putrid to say the least.

Shipment No.:P16948675, why customer refused to accept is the main reason that it was found in torn/open condition and also the weight of the parcel was less. i have complained yesterday to all DTDC's customer care executives of Delhi unit & Pune unit also but all in vain. if claim of torn parcel is not refunded to sender than i am going to consumer court against DTDC Service.
It is covered under Indian Postal Act of 1898 is as under: 53. Penalty for opening, detaining or delaying articles.

I sent a courier on 12 Nov 11 to Mrs DEEPTI THOTA ,25 Windwardway.Robbinsville New Jersey ZIP08690
Airway Bill No.93090072 From Miyapur Hyderabad . I am told that the courier will reach the destination within 5 working days.
From the day one it is not in the tracking and ,it is notified as invalid airway bill no.
I was told that by arrangement the courier will be delivered through DHL Courier and can be tracked through DTDC tracking system
The 20 to 30 gram packet was inspected packed again by the courier agent . The charge was exhorbitant Rs 1875.
Now I am Suspecting the receipt to be fake and I am cheated. Please investigate and compensate me.

Sir,

I had used DTDC courier services to send a courier to Haridwar from Channai dated
10 /12/2011 . The courier company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to
the consignee with in 4 to 5 days; but today 17.12.2011; the courier has not been
delivered to the consignee, on the other hand they are not able to track this
courier even. No response had came till date from them after my repeated follow ups
and telephonic plus my personal visits to their Haridwar offfice there was not a any type of response. When
ever i ask for the same they told today it will be delivered. Last day when i
visited to there office they misbehave with me and said "do, whatever you can do" .
After that i reached to the nearest police station for this. They told me i should
complain to Consumer Forum for the same. Now i am feeling helpless..

You are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me , what can i do against them and help
me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

I am very sorry to experience such pathetic service from DTDC.
I had sent a letter to the below mentioned address on 8^th Dec :

It has been 10 days that the letter has not been received. Below are the details of the harassments that I am going through by such a pathetic company.

• I had booked this courier using internal company arrangements through DTDC office in Mohali .
• After 5 days when the shipment was not received I called and enquired the internal company help desk to find out the problem came to know that DTDC does not have services in the area requested.(Then why was the courier booked if there was no service in the area).
• I called the DTDC helpdesk and was told that the courier was received in Varanasi and would be going to Renukoot next day.(Later was informed that there was no office of DTDC in Renukoot).
• I waited for another 2 days still no clue.
• Called Varansi helpdesk and spoke to Surya Prakash:09335222293 he was the most pathetic and rude person I have spoken to in my life who literally abused, shouted and said that courier is not there in Varansi (Even if the website says that it was received by them)
• Also Spoke to Naresh:09369656589 In Lucknow who was a little concerned and informed that there was no service in Obra but still if the originating agency that booked the courier sends an email to bill them they can get that delivered.(Why would a customer contact different departments and offices across INDIA to get a consignment delivered and inter department or office work done. Is it not a concern of the company that booked the courier in first place knowing that there was no service in the area.)
• I have made 50 calls since then to Naresh and Surya Prakash who are now not even picking up the phone.
• Just inform that I have also lodged an online complaint about the same. Complaint # CFD0051543
• Is this the way a company does business ?
• This not even close to what I feel as if now the document contains a letter which is essential for someone’s career( IF YOU CAN FEEL WHAT DOES THAT MEAN AS THE PEOPLE IN YOUR COMPANY ARE HIGLY UNEDUCATED, UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF FOOLS).
• PEOPLE LIKE SURYA PRAKASH ARE THE REASON WHY CUSTOMERS DO NOT WANT A SERVICE FROM DTDC).
• ALL I NEED IS THE DOCUMENT TO BE DELIVERED WHICH IS NOW UNTRACEBAL NO MATTER HOW YOU GUYS DO IT...

Sir,

On Thursday, January 12, 2012, I was send a package that included business cards and a box of AYURVEDIC TABLETS (viz. NoPiles) from Malad Mumbai to my house at Nangallur in Chennai. Unfortunately, I only received the business cards whereas the box of tablets was missing. I am disappointed because it was not only that the package was torn and the box of tablets was missing but also disappointed at the response, reply and behavior of DTDC staff at the branch office and customer care center. I have made numerous phone calls to the Bangalore office and Guindy (Local) branch office but just did not get a reply.

A person at the Guindy branch office started shouting at me which is unacceptable because I had called to get a product which was purchased and sent via your courier company only after paying for the service.

The lady at the customer care center named "Rohini" on (16th Jan 2012) said she will take up the matter and would return my call on the same day but even after 2 days that I haven't heard from anybody. Later, when I called different local numbers to trace the missing box of tablets I get no answer. I had also posted a feedback on their website and got a reply that someone would get in touch with me shortly but it has been almost a month and no answer from DTDC. I have sent emails to css.co@dtdc.com, dtdcco@dtdc.com, dtdcho@vsnl.com, css.chennai@dtdc.com but no one in DTDC seems to care.
