I couriered one packet (750 gram) by DTDC from sector 62 noida to Banglore on 16th august, they charged 140 rs. Till today it is not delivered and they said packet has been lost, packet value is 1000k but they are not ready to give money. Please tell me how me the way of complaining against this.

We are here with informing you that, we gava a courier to Visakahapatnam on 08-09-10 through DTDC+ for emergency purpose but this cover not delivered upto 09-09-10 -- 3.00 pm party suffering and cancelled the consignment due to non receipt of documents.This is major loss to us.we are very regreat for this.

My father has been calling up every DTDC office in Hyderabad and keeps being led on a wild goose chase for last 10 days. no dtdc in hyderabad area responds to calls



Added to my woes are TOTAL lack of transparency from Hyderabad, guwahati and tinsukia branches.

once the parcel has gone untraceable,,it is the sender who has to keep trying to find the parcel with no help from DTDC .



I can only believe that your motto of "Transparency in all our Transactions. To save time by adopting ‘Right-First-Time approach in every part of Business is a big advertising game..

STATE BANK OF INDIA URMI SOCIETY Branch have used DTDC courier services to send a courier to SBI Valsad-Guajrat dated
17th Sept 10. The courier company had told me that this parcel will be wrongly delivered to Ankleshwar. After Enquiry his response is neglegency told me I enquire & afterthan we will told you.But After 2 hours no reply from DTDC Courier.Also The courier has not been delivered to the consignee, on the other hand they are not able to track this courier even. No response had came till & also no response from DTDC courier manager Sri Das Gupta.The consigement no. is A19375996.

You are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me , what can i do against them and help
me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

I had used DTDC courier services to send a courier containing RAKHI for my brother
to ghaziabad (UP) from Indore dated18th august 2010.
The courier company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to
the consignee with in 2 to 3 days; but till date the courier has not been
delivered to the consignee, which is of no use now anyways.... here i would like to share that i tried to track the courier by myself and started making calls from 22nd august 2010 itself..but to no avail.
i was told parcel is at vaishali office and given number.after calling there i got some more numbers and i have the list of all seven numbers, some never bothered to pick up and others were unwilling to help.
and this is the first time my brother did not receive the rakhi, which caused me a lot of mental harrasement
Kindly tell me , what can i do against them and help
me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

sorry that i am writing this in capital letters but i have felt really annoyed with dtdc serivice.
My courier no. Is z23291981.. I gave my docs in delhi ashok nagar branch on 9.10.2010... The docs are very urgent and i have to recieve them in raipur..the concerned person said that the docs will be there in just 2 days but today it is the 4th day and i am tracking my docs like a mad person on the dtdc site.. But whosoever is the incharege of dtdc please take this assignment into consideration because it contains my documents and i will sue the company if i dont get them on time....

It is a humble request to take this thing into consideration because nobody is providing me with any details. I have been calling raipur branch as well as delhi branch and head office since 12.10.2010 but nobody is bothered to give the answer..

You are requested to look into this matter seriously.

This mail is to bring to your notice the harassment I have been facing at the hands of DTDC Mohali (Phase 3B-2), Punjab employees.

On October 27, 2010, I mailed a Courier through DTDC to Noida. (Docket No. Z24440399)
On October 28, 2010, It has been shown ‘Delievered’ on DTDC Tracking Site, but my kins have not received any courier.

I have been asking the local vendor, Mr. Jitendra (91-9316653243) and Mr. Verma for the whereabouts but they always come up with lame excuses. When I tell them I will file a complaint, they simply say “ok”.

I am completely fed up with your services and frustrated over the loss of my very important documents.

I hope you could help me find out the whereabouts my courier.

Hi,

This is really painful to follow up for my courier more than a month.

Moreover the customer service is pathetic for the DTDC courier.

People always pick up the phone and disconnect it and then do not pick up no matter u call all day long.

I have tried to check in their local office also (in Dehradun) where my courier has to be received.

But the staff is very rude and does not entertain these requests.

I don't have much hopes left while writing this mail but I am venting all my frustration through this.

I had used DTDC courier services to send a courier Nellor(Dist) A.P. to Jamalamadugu,Kadapa(Dist) A.P. dated
9th Dec 10. The courier company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to
the consignee with in 2 days; but today 17-12-2010; the courier has not been
delivered to the consignee, on the other hand they are not able to track this
courier even. No response had came till date from them after my repeated follow ups
and telephonic plus my personal visits to there Booking office in Nellore. When
ever i ask for the same they told today it will be delivered. Last day when i
visited to there office they misbehave with me and said "do, whatever you can do" .
After that i reached to the nearest police station for this. They told me i should
complain to Consumer Forum for the same. Now i am feeling helpless..

You are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me , what can i do against them and help
me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

Hi, I reside in Bangalore and was suppose to get important document by DTDC from Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh from my father. They told my father that if it is too urgent they have express service for which they charge Rs. 150/-. As there was a time constarint and the courier has to reach me within two days my father sent the consingment in DTDC Express on 5/1/2011 to my office address and was told that it will reach me by 7/1/2011. I started tracking it in the internet as there was no sign of my courier and called Madiwala DTDC branch, Bangalore they told that the courier is now sent to DTDC White Field, Bangalore branch and will soon get delivered. After waiting for so long I called DTDC White filed Branch. They told that my courier went back to Madiwala DTDC Branch by mistake and said have to wait till evening. My day went on calling White Field DTDC branch and enquiring about my courier. After losing patience i told that i will come and collect it by myself from White Field DTDC Branch once those guys recieve it as the next day was followed by weekend(two non working days) and my possibility of collecting the courier on time (even if they deliver) from my office(delivery address) will get narrowed. They told it was fine and told me call at 5PM. When i called they said still they have not recieved it and told to call at 6PM. And 6PM when i called the phone rang for a while, no one answered it. After that they switched off the phone leaving me confused. I want to sue DTDC for their irresponsible staff and un promoising, un proffessional way of courier delivery breaking the customer's trust.
