I am Anwesha Sharma, me and people from my company have faced a lot of problem because of the pathetic service of Trackon Courier, at 82 Prakash wadi, Bajaj Road, Chakala, Near Cinemax Theatre, Mumbai - 93.

They take more than 7 days to delivery one courier which has resulted in business loss. Most of the time they return the courier after almost a month saying that it was a no service area. Not only that their customer service is extream poor, they disconnect the calls in the middle of the conversation when the customer is registering a complaint!

In my view all courier services who have such poor services should be given order to shut down immediately as it leads to a lot of harassement to the customers!
