I am Santosh Kumar, Place a courier to Hyderabad from Bangalore on 30th july 2009. The courier parcel includes CDs and Hard disk, But the courier has been delivered on 3rd August 2009 in Hyderabad. from which Hard disk is being mising. Only CDs been delivered.

Today is 10th aug 2009, there have been no response from the courier service inspite of number of complaints. they dont pick up calls nor take any action.

Can anyone suggest me or help in getting back my Hard disk as is it important to my carrier.

The Courier was delivered on 3rd August 2009 at #1626, Old MIG , IVth Batch, BHEL, RC Puram, Lingampally, Ranga Reddy Dist -500019, Andhra Pradesh.
The Delivered packet weight is around 300 grms. The packet only contains CDs. Hard disk is missing.
The parcel packet was opened and repacked again.

Please suggest me how to go ahead to get back my hard disk from the professional courier.

i have send a parcel on 13.06.2009 from Thiruvannamalai to Slovenia but upto now it didnt deliver their and i also didnt get back so i enquired in thiruvannamalai proffestional but i didnt get any responce from them so i complaied to chennai proffestional but from them also i didnt get any answer so i send the letter to chennai proffestional that if i didnt get the parcel back within one week means i will puit case in court about ur courier but then also i didnt get anything so it contains 25rs worth product and i gave 1200rs for transfer but i didnt get anything so immediately responce me or surely ur company will face a big problem

Still the courier is not reached to the concerned placed,its almost an weak,the courier contains the study items for exam,

As we are calling to Bangalore they are making to contact Madkeri if we call madkeri(COORG) again to bangalore,please take the immediate action on the issue

We are not getting any response from Bangalore head office, kindly suggest us how to proceed further and also revet us back,

I regret to inform you that your New Thippasandra Office is not making arrangement for delivery of incoming covers addressed to H.No.46, Annayappa Colony, Near MLA Reghu's Office, Bangalore 75. They are also not bothered to inform over phone to the addressee so that I can contact your office and collect the cover. My residence (address as mentioned) is 50 to 60 ft away from your office and your people are unable to deliver the cover immediately. I always prefer to received mails through professional courier. If your people are lazy, it is very difficult to co-operate with professional courier.

In the month of Feb,2011 one cover had been sent through your doc. No 267887254 from your Ollur office, which was kept in your Bangalore New Thippasandra and I personally went there and collected.

On 13.3.2011 one cover had been sent from Mysore vide doc No 10494215 in my son's name (Sachin I.J), which was kept in your New Thippasandra Office without doing delivery. I personally went enquired and the cover was lying there. Incase they are not able to deliver a cover in a short distance of 50-60 ft you should not continue the office. Next time if they do like this the matter will be very serious.
