Dear Sir / Madam,

had sent one packet vide AWB No. 206927354 dated July 24, 2009 to Dewas,
MP. I had sent Rakhi to one of my relatives in this packet.

I had sent this packet well in advance so that in case of any issues /
problems, it still can reach before time.

I had a word with the consignee on August 4, 2009 to check whether he has
received the same but to my surprise, it was known that he has not received
that. He even told that he can visit the Blazeflash counter in Dewas and get
it collected.

In the meantime, the person who collects the packets from us was contacted.
He is Mr. Manoj (09711887829). I had a word with him on August 4
around 6 pmand it was conveyed that the packet is in
Dewas and will get it delivered to the consignee (Vijay Yadav #
09893198860). He even had a word with the consignee and assured that the
packet will get delivered as he has checked with Dewas office. I conveyed to
him to reconfirm to me with the status.

On August 5 (Rakhi Day) in the evening I had a word with the consignee and
it was disappointing to hear that the packet is still undelivered. I called
Manoj to hear a feedback from him the address is wrong and the consignment
is coming back.

I would like to bring in three points here:

1) We give telephone numbers on the courier packet. Its not given only
for giving purpose but I was made to understand that if any problems these
are mentioned to get a call. Why this was not done in my case?

2) Even I buy your point of address not valid (Whereas he has received
his passport by post at the same address) how come it takes such a long time
to return back. August 4, I was assured that the packet is in Dewas and will
get delivered and the very next day on giving a call again, it was learnt
that address was wrong.

Being a customer, in this case, do i have any rights to pull him in the
consumer court. Please advise.
