After Long conversation Channel Technologies Sent me a Canon Printer on 28/07/2009 through DTDC Courier Service at Noida with DTDC Consignment Number:Z95162238 of 28/07/2009.When on 31/07/2009 I couldnot track my consignment in internet I contacted at Channel Technologies,Noida for latest update about my consignment.Mr.Sharad of Channel Technologies told me that, my consignment still at DTDC Delhi Branch as the Bilaspur Sub-Branch is non-serviceable area.I told Mr. Sharad to told them,I will personally collect my Printer at Bilaspur Sub-Branch.On 03/08/2009 when Bilaspur Branch of DTDC unable to locate my consignment,again I contacted with Mr.Sharad of Channel Technologies,Noida.He enquired and told me that,DTDC Delhi Branch returned the consignment to Noida Collection Centre on 03/08/2009 as Bilaspur is a non-serviceable area as per their manual.Now god knows where is my canon printer?So,therefore,please help me to get my Canon Printer from DTDC Courier Services. I already submitted two times in DTDC website with reference number CFD0023104 of 31/07/2009 & CFD0023226 of 04/08/2009.But no response from DTDC Courier Services.
