Sir,
I have couriered a document through professional courier on 9 july from kakinada to
kolkata.They told that the courier will reach on 13th july. till today the courier
has not reached.Docket number is kkd237683. when i asked about the courier they are
telling that it is under transit. thery are not able to tell the where about of
courier.I have given a complaint at their mumbai head office through Email. Till now
i didnt get any response except that they have forwarded the mail to the concerned
department.

Please suggest me can i give a complaint against them in consumer forum.
