I had booked one courier by M/s Trackon courier service, Mangalwari, Sadar, Nagpur on 12/08/08 in the name of Mr. Sailesh Hakani, Kandivili, Mumbai. It contained a Tatkal Quota Railway Ticket for 4 persons amounting Rs. 1880 from Mumbai to Nagpur dated 14/08/08 but the parcel was not delivered to Mr. Hakani in two days time so the party could not reach Nagpur for attending an interview call. The same party had also booked a return ticket in Tatkal Quota in class 3AC bearing PNR No. 822 - 3131362 dated 18/08/08 amounting Rs. 2322. This ticket also could not be used by the party as the party could not reach Nagpur, so how could they utilize this return ticket. My commision amounting Rs. 150 plus STD charges of Rs. 160 which were made by me to contact Trackon courier Nagpur and Mumbai office were wasted. In this way my total loss is about Rs. 4500. I had written a letter to thier Nagpur office which they acknoledged on 01/12/08 but till today no action by either party has been taken. You are requested to look into the matter and help me in getting my amount from Trackon courier as compensation.

It contained a Tatkal Quota Railway Ticket for 4 persons amounting Rs. 1880 from Mumbai to Nagpur dated 14/08/08. They promised that the courier will reach to the consignee next day i.e. 13/08/08. But the parcel was not delivered to Mr. Hakani in two days time so the party could not reach Nagpur for attending an interview call. The same party had also booked a return ticket in Tatkal Quota in class 3AC bearing PNR No. 822 - 3131362 dated 18/08/08 amounting Rs. 2322. This ticket also could not be used by the party as the party had not reached Nagpur, so how could they utilize this return ticket. When we enquired about the delivery of the courier the Nagpur agent told us that by mistake the courier had reached Kalmeshwar (Nagpur) instead of Kandivili, Mumbai, so it got delayed for 3 days. I had written a letter to thier Nagpur office which they acknoledged on 01/12/08 but till today no action by either party has been taken.
You are requested to look into the matter and help me in getting my amount from Trackon courier as compensation.

I booked a courier from kanpur t lucknow Docket No 160685237 but it was refuced by party to take delivery and parcel comes back to kanpur but courier compny not informed to us even it is just back to my office and when w ask tham they returned us a opened parcel in which 6 pen drives were lost. a covering letter was there inside the parcel which shows that parcel contains 8 pen drives but when it comes back it contains only 2 pen drives. 6 pen drives were lost. still we have not received the courier. when we give a letter to branch manager for claim they refuced to receive the letter. now what to do ?

Chowk Rishikesh Bypass Rishikesh (Uttranchal) and from that branch one
courier (Courier Slip No.158911487 dt.10/10/09) sent to our Head Office at
Delhi Address: M/s J C Motor Transport Company BA-71 Mangolpuri Industrial
Area Ph-II Delhi-110034. The said packet missed by Trackon Courier. We
converse with them so many time about it, send our executive so many times
at Trackon Courier Head Office Address: C-143 Naraina Industrial Area
Phase-I New Delhi but the packet has not been found by them. My packet
contains very important documents due to which I am facing so much loss.
After not giving any response from their side at last I am mailing you my
complaint against them.
I request you to please please take some action. The copy of slip attach
with mail.
